We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on all items in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags still attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service or visit our returns and exchanges page. Please note that final sale items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Depending on the order, I can take anywhere from 5-20 business days. The bigger the order, the longer the shipping takes. We do this as every item is made to order and can take time to complete.
